Originaly from Rochdale, I worked at the shop in Littledale St.in 1966 for a few weeks before I was railroaded into fabricating the Phase11 body with all its bonding together of its two halves. That`s when I decided that Frank (forget his last name) could have the job. I always thought it was one of the nicest designed kit cars on the road. I`ve kept one of the badges ever since - just as a momento. Good luck with your projects; I would just love the chance to see one again. Bob Mainwaring.

Being a kit-car owner myself (Falcon Caribbean) - I thought I'd check out your site. It's good and well laid out.

Having owned a 1962 Phase I Olympic (with A series engine) between 1971 & 1973 and now driving a 1959 Frogeye Sprite I thought that I would check out the marque's progress since then. Very pleased to see that so many Olympics survive. I wonder if 8338 PW still exists. I would love to hear from the current owner if it has survived (the car that is!) George Cooke

I built the Rochdale GT in 1957 with 12V electrics but with a 6V starter motor. It was cabable of 20MPH in 2nd gear on the starter motor as I found out when I ran out of petrol! The registration no was 530ETE.....has anyone still got this car?

I owned a Mark I Olympic in Manchester England in 1971-1976. Licence Plate was 5838 N. Does anyone know of its whereabouts?? Would be interested to correspond with Rochdale owners. I now own a 1967 MBG GT. I am a member of the Calgary Vintage Racing Club.
